WE ARE A SMALL FAMILY RUN BUSINESS WHO PUT PRIDE IN ALL OUR WORK.

Holden Homes have been creating bespoke family homes since the late 1990s, applying our expertise to many small housing developments as well as some of the region’s most luxurious country homes.

The Company
The foundations were first laid for Holden Homes in 1998. Throughout the ten years preceding that time, shareholder John Holden worked with his two brothers-in-law converting redundant farm buildings and barns into bespoke country homes.

These farm conversions were the mainstay of the partnership but from 1998, when the business was incorporated, the team branched out and applied their skills to new houses as well as barn conversions.

In 1999, Holden Homes began building its first new houses, starting with small housing projects before going on to undertake larger bespoke developments. The team continue to draw on all their knowledge and experience when acquiring suitable sites for development in rural locations and then take these projects right through to completion when the new owners are welcomed into their new home.

Even though the designs and specifications change over the years, we apply the same underlying principle of creating luxury rural homes which is ingrained in all aspects of the work of Holden Homes.
John’s son James joined the company in 2010 and is now the company’s Operations Director.
