Developing Baycliff Farm involved building 21 houses of different types constructed in the traditional render style indigenous to that area of Cumbria and of the small village of Baycliff in which it was situated. It replaced an eyesore of dilapidated asbestos and concrete farm buildings with a range of desirable houses enhancing the central village location and improving its sustainability.
